New shop truck and Rephased 750 for the rigid

Lions Speed has a new shop truck and it is chrome.  Got this tank when i picked up a '74 xs with 6over forks.  I have hard bags for this baby as well as the cargo rack so itll carry lots of junk. This piston came out of the motor that was in it so I threw the stock motor from the rigid in and finished building the 277 rephased 750 I have been working on.

Daves Triumph weld on hard tail

The old tail on this bike was way out of line from years of abuse.... it was an old brazed together bolt-on job from who knows when. So we built a new one.  She's dead straight now.  We decided to go with a weld on top section and keep the bolt-on setup for the bottom.  We can do these for anyone who calls us.  Bolt on tails are in the works as well.  They will be cheaper than ordering them from down south and will be in stock ready to ship anywhere in Canada.

XS 650 for sale in Edmonton Alberta

This bike is for sale.  Its a 1980 XS650 with a Lions Speed rigid tail section.  Shes running Dellorto 36mm carbs and a pamco ignition.  PMA charging system and Pamco ignition.  Other than that the drive train is stock, top end is supposed to be fresh but I never verified this.  Starts easy and has enough ground clearance to hop up curbs!  Email for more details.  Lots of cool parts.  This is my personal bike.  1000km on it.

Its been a while since I posted on here. I had to chill out the amount of work taken in for a few months, workin ten hours at the 9-5 every day then welding bike frames got a little old... but I have some more help now and we are back at it.

Below is a price list for out XS650 frame services ect.

Fab hardtail(your specs) and weld on your frame - $650

Wide tire and special feature hardtails fabbed and welded on your frame - $800

Replace top tube and brace on front triangle - $400

Rake stock frame - $360

Rake and replace headtube - $540

Rake and replace top tube and brace on front triangle - $540

Replace rear seat "hoop"(cafes, flat trackers ect) - $480

We are located in Edmonton Alberta and can arrange for frames to be transported to and from Calgary Alberta for $50. We cannot transport from anywhere else sorry.

We made this head/steer tube to fit a modern Kawi ZX-6 front end on a XS frame for a local here, came out really nice. Having a machinist with over 30yrs experience at your disposal helps for sure...
